VAYA ("we", "us") runs the website vaya.fashion and the VAYA app at app.vaya.fashion. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. VAYA is currently in pre-launch.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
- Your preferences. The standards you set in the app (such as sleeve length, skirt length and neckline), your sizes and your country, so we can show you items that fit.
- Feeds you manage for your daughters. If you set up a girls' feed, we store the standards and sizes you choose for it. We do not create accounts for children or collect information directly from them.
- Usage information. Basic technical data such as pages viewed, product clicks, device and browser type, collected so the service works and to improve it.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
How we use it
- To filter and show products that match your standards.
- To run, secure and improve VAYA.
- To reply to you and send service messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
Affiliate links and cookies
VAYA earns a commission when you buy through some of our links to retailers. To credit those purchases, we work with affiliate networks and services such as Skimlinks, Awin and Sovrn. When you click a product link, these partners may set cookies or use similar technology to record the click and any resulting purchase. They process this data under their own privacy policies. The retailer you buy from handles your order, payment and delivery under its own policy.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host and run VAYA, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in) and Google Workspace (email). They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep data
We keep your account information and preferences while your account is active. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing contact@vaya.fashion. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
VAYA is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
